Observation

0145(11) - At the time of inspection, the outdoor emergency exit gate did not self-close or self-latch. The gate was equipped with both mechanisms, but it could not close or latch without assistance. 0145(8) - At the time of inspection, the right end of the chain link fence was rolled inward, creating a large opening in the fence. A large gap was observed under the non-emergency exit gate that leads to the neighbor's property on the right side of the outdoor space.
